To maintain the open nature of a loft but also create spatial separation necessary for a couple with disparate schedules.

To integrate prewar, midcentury and current modern styles into a cohesive collection within a small space.

Solution:

The extensive use of drapery not only contrasts the concrete construction but creates a soft visual and acoustic barrier between sleeping, work, and living spaces.

Neutral tone furnishings play off bold accents to emphasize one another and the art collection.
